Three Entities. One Shared Purpose.
Our model brings together housing development, resident support, and a separate senior-care business through organizations with complementary roles. Beginning with our work in Philadelphia, we aim to build an approach that can be adapted to additional communities.
Distinct roles
Each organization has its own role.
Housing Access & Resident Support
Leads housing access, resident support, referral coordination, community partnerships, and charitable fundraising for its programs.
Real Estate Acquisition & Development
A separate real estate development company supporting property acquisition, rehabilitation, development, and long-term housing ownership.
Senior-Care Business
A separate senior-care business within the broader model. Services, locations, operating status, and licensing are described only where confirmed.
Atlantic Development LLC and Restore Assisted Living are separate from Restore Communities Corporation. This page describes their roles; it does not describe ownership or agreements between them.
Today and tomorrow
Current focus and future direction.
Current focus: Philadelphia.
Today, Restore Communities Corporation provides fully furnished shared housing for veterans in Philadelphia, with resident support and referral coordination.
Future direction: adapting the model to additional communities.
We aim to learn from our Philadelphia work and adapt the approach to additional communities. We are not operating in multiple markets today, and this is a direction, not a commitment.
How it fits together
Coordination, not overlap.
Property development and resident support
Housing needs a suitable property and the people who support the residents who live there. Property acquisition and rehabilitation can be handled by a development company, while resident support, referral coordination, and community partnerships are led by Restore Communities Corporation. Coordination between the organizations helps a home be ready for the people who will live in it.
Local relationships in a new market
Housing works best when it is connected to the people who refer and support residents. In any new community, local referral and service relationships, such as veteran service organizations, care teams, and housing partners, would need to be built before a home opens.
What expansion would depend on
- Documented housing needs in the community.
- Suitable properties.
- Financing.
- Staffing.
- Operating resources.
- Applicable approvals.
How current operations inform what comes next
We are reporting what we can confirm from our Philadelphia program, such as veterans housed and transitions as they are confirmed, on the Impact page. What we learn about referrals, resident support, and operations will shape any future expansion. Our results so far are early and limited.
Two different paths
Giving and business conversations are separate.
Support Restore Communities Corporation’s program
Gifts to the Furnish a Bedroom campaign support bedroom furnishings and setup in Restore’s veteran housing program. Charitable gifts do not automatically fund affiliated businesses.
Property, development, and other business conversations
Atlantic Development LLC and Restore Assisted Living are separate companies. Property, development, and business inquiries are handled separately from charitable giving. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of investment.
