Program update: October 18, 2026. Move dates are anticipated and will be updated as transitions are confirmed.

Here, independent housing means a veteran's own home. It does not mean the veteran has purchased a home. Dates are anticipated, not guaranteed. A transition counts as completed only after Restore has confirmed the move, and passing a planned date does not change that. The number currently housed is updated from confirmed records.

Reporting note: how we measure and report
  • Completed transitions are counted separately from planned transitions, and only after Restore confirms the move.
  • Each resident is counted once within a measure.
  • Missing follow-up is not counted as success or failure. We report confirmed outcomes and how much follow-up we completed.
  • No personal information about residents is published.
  • We track housing placements, transitions to independent housing, follow-up stability, resident experience, maintenance, and response times internally, and will publish a measure only when we can stand behind it.
